Complaints & Customer Feedback
Sometimes after a treatment, you may experience a few issues as it can take a short time for things to settle down. If you are experiencing tenderness, pain or discomfort please let the Podiatrist know as soon as possible so we can arrange an appointment that is suitable to check your feet.
Immediate follow up appointments are free of charge however, we advise that you contact the clinic as soon as you can.
